The Jewellery Warranty Service Plan is a warranty service of Haft Financial.  All services that are provided under this warranty are provided by Haft Financial.  In order to receive service under this warranty, please contact a Haft Financial customer service representative toll-free at 1-800-809-4699.  

You must select the Protection Plan PRIOR to your purchase.

Jewellery Warranty Service Plan cost is based on the price of the covered item.

See the chart below for the price and cost correlation. The Jewellery Warranty Service Plan is effective for two full years from the date your item was purchased.

This Contract covers parts and labor costs resulting from a failure of the Product caused by defects in workmanship and/or materials, including those resulting from normal wear and tear. We will repair or replace Your Product with one with similar features, or reimburse you for authorized repairs to or replacement of the Product, at our discretion, only when required due to a Breakdown, which is not concurrently covered under any other warranty or service contract. You will be responsible for delivery or cost of delivery of the Product to the service center for repair or replacement. Non-original manufacturer's parts may be used for repair if original parts are unavailable or more costly.

What is the Jewellery Warranty Service Plan?
The Jewellery Warranty Service Plans offer comprehensive two-year protection from normal wear and tear on your jewellery item from the date of purchase.
 
How does a Jewellery Warranty Service Plan work?

After you purchase a jewellery item, you will receive a Warranty contract explaining the following:

At any time during the two-year period of coverage if your item is in need of repair, simply call 800-809-4699. Our customer-service representatives will then explain how to send your item in for repair.

Next, you will receive a prepaid mailing label.

After you receive the label, send the item in for repair.

Once your item is repaired, it will be sent back to you.

If your jewellery cannot be repaired, you will be reimbursed for the purchase price of the item plus tax.

The Jewellery Warranty Service Department will determine whether your item can be repaired or if you will be reimbursed the purchase price.

All parts and all labor charges are covered under the Protection Plan. There are no co-pays or deductibles required to receive service on the product.

The Jewellery Warranty Service Plan is renewable at the discretion of Haft Financial.

Limit of Liability: For any single claim, the limit of liability under this Contract is the least of the cost of (1) authorized repairs, (2) replacement with a product with similar features, (3) reimbursement for authorized repairs or replacement or (4) the purchase price You paid for the Product, including appropriate sales tax. The total liability under this Contract is the purchase price You paid for the Product, including appropriate sales tax. In the event that the total of all authorized repairs exceeds the purchase price paid for the Product, including appropriate sales tax, We replace the Product, or We reimburse You for replacement of the Product or the purchase price You paid for the Product, We shall have satisfied all obligations owed under this Contract.
